Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase for the warranty. If your jewellery breaks or snaps, MYSTIAL will replace it at no additional cost once the defective item is returned to our office. The MYSTIAL warranty does not cover general wear and tear, misuse, scratches, loss, theft, or fading.
