Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

GENERAL RETURN CONDITIONS-
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Items must be unused and free from signs of wear, stains, or odors.
- MYSTIAL reserves the right to decline a return if the above conditions are not met.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, as we do not provide pre-paid return labels.
CHANGE OF MIND-
If you change your mind, you may return your item for an exchange or store credit, provided it meets our Return Conditions (outlined below). Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
- Monetary refunds are only available for faulty products. We do not offer monetary refunds for change-of-mind or incorrect size returns.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Eligible returns can be exchanged or issued as a Gift Card (store credit).
- Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until they are received at our facility.
INCORRECT SIZE-

We offer the option to exchange your item or receive store credit. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via the email below will not be accepted.
EXCHANGE PROCESS-
- Contact Us: Please reach out to our customer service team at mystialsocietybusiness@gmail.com before sending any items back.

Processing: Once we receive your package, your exchange will be processed and shipped within 3 business days. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, as we do not provide pre-paid return labels.
Note: We reserve the right to decline an exchange if the item does not meet our return requirements.
RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT-
- Your store credit will be issued once your returned item has been received and processed at our facility.
- Store credit is provided in the form of a digital Gift Card, which will be sent to the original email address used to place the order. If you have not received it, please check your spam or junk folder.
- Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and are non-refundable.
